Users and visitors (singularly, “User,” and collectively, “Users,” which includes the reader of this content) of this Website (thedoctorinyellow.com and its subdomains) whose activity includes accessing, navigating, interacting with, or purchasing services from the Website are considered by The Doctor in Yellow, LLC (referred to hereafter as “The Doctor in Yellow,” “we,” “our,” or “ours”) to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of service (“Terms”) as outlined below.

Through this Website, The Doctor in Yellow provides spiritual consultation services by way of the provision of asynchronous tarot card readings presented in text and video formats (“Services”). Any Service purchased from The Doctor in Yellow through this Website is deemed by us to have been delivered at the time that the Service materials (i.e. PDFs for email readings and videos for video readings) are successfully sent to the User via email at the email address provided by the User.
7. Pricing and Payments
Pricing for the Services provided by The Doctor in Yellow is determined based on industry standards and is designed to keep Services affordable while addressing costs incurred to provide the Services. Pricing includes the Service costs listed on this Website in addition to taxes and other applicable fees. Prices are listed in the United States Dollar (USD); while payments are accepted internationally, Users remain responsible for converting the prices of Services provided by The Doctor in Yellow to their local currency. Users have the option of paying for Services using this Website’s built-in payment processor (provided by Squarespace Payments) or PayPal.
8. Refund Policy

Service products that have been purchased but not yet delivered remain the intellectual property of The Doctor in Yellow; ownership of Service products changes to the purchasing User upon delivery as described in subsection “6. Delivery of Services.”

Unless indicated on the Website, rights to the intellectual property of third parties—including text and images, as stipulated by copyright and trademark law—belong to those third parties. In cases when the intellectual property of third parties is included among the content of the Website, The Doctor in Yellow includes a note near the placement of the content to indicate its ownership.
