Restricted Topics

The Doctor in Yellow is a spiritual consultation service that seeks to aid clients in their personal and spiritual development. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Therefore, readings will not be completed for any queries that seek support in those areas. Instead, if your concerns are medical, legal, or finance-related, we encourage you to seek out a qualified professional to assist.

Client Age

The Doctor in Yellow provides services to individuals 18 years of age and older. Prospective clients under the age of 18 are not eligible to use our services.

Accuracy of Readings

We do not—nor should any spiritual consultation service—guarantee accuracy with readings. We offer honest and thoughtful interpretations meant to uplift and advise our clients, but we do not claim these interpretations as absolute truth. Client empowerment is at the top of our list of goals, so if a reading does not resonate with you, we encourage you to do the following: (1) provide us with direct feedback regarding your reading experience so we can learn from your perspective, and (2) continue embracing the wisdom that informs freedom of thought.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The Doctor in Yellow does not use generative AI for any purpose. Readings, correspondence, website management, and related business-supporting tasks are completed without the use of generative AI. The only situation in which non-generative AI may be used is in promoting accessibility of readings through the use of AI-powered speech-to-text software for clients who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Preservation of Autonomy

At no point in our relationship with a client will we make statements—either directly or implicitly—designed to disempower. It is imperative to us that clients remain aware that they are always in control of their life, and that no reading removes or erodes that control. Your future is always yours to create, no matter what a reader (or anyone else) may say.
